| Yeah, Russian for Everybody is a great book. That's the textbook we used in my first-year Russian courses at university many years ago. I don't know how effective it is as a "teach yourself manual" though, as it seems like it is intended for classroom use. |

| I wonder, if people saw me carrying that book around with me, would they automatically think since I am learning Russian I can't possibly be one, or would they just see the Cyrillic and think she has to be Russian? |
