The main branch, the one everyone hating on, is the one in Bundang.

To my knowledge there are perhaps 2 or 3 other 7s hagwons (not in Bundang) - those I have not heard anything negative, it's the one in Bundang you have to worry about.

And hey, anyone doubting the claims, you're welcome to try the place.

Blaming the teacher game is played in most hagwons, so no surprise there, but yes, I have heard this particular hagwon is particularly good at it. Spoke to a couple of former Korean teachers, they told me the school were actually thinking of directly affecting your paycheck for every student that quit.

Apartment's maintenance is no biggie, either, it depends on your contract, but it makes sense if the occupant pays for the maintenance.
