I train at a gym in hongdae. The hours there are the same except on Saturdays its open 10am to 6pm. I'm guessing by "free" training, the trainer doesn't come in but leaves the gym open. It's like that at my place too. We don't get any instruction on Saturdays but guys who know what they're doing have the gym to themselves so that's cool. |

Yeah, no coaching on Saturdays. I'm willing to bet that he would train you on a Saturday though if you showed up. As I said, He's only just opened up shop, so it's not too packed. |
