As the title states.
It looks like the cheapest tickets are on Air China to LA or San Francisco. They are about 700,000 KRW one-way. Have you found anything cheaper? I am not concerned with the destination as we will be traveling around the US for a few months before heading to South America.
I'm looking to leave some time during the first week of March.

That's quite cheap. I'd jump on that.
I actually just booked RT tickets to the US and back. I went through all the normal Western type sites but they were all hyper expensive. Then I went through the Korean discount sites and it was the same thing.
Then I remembered I'd had success before going to the Korean version of the American Airlines site and sure enough, I got tickets on the same flights for $500 less than on the American version of the site. Might try the Korean versions of some of the sites.
These tickets are non-refundable/changeable, though, whereas the $500 more expensive tickets on the American site are refundable/changeable. If you know your date and have it set in stone it might save you some money.
But you're probably not going to do too much better than that 700k you already found. |
