| Been curious about Le Saint Ex. Almost have been there a few times. Somewhat pricey, at least for this scumbag. Man... I want to class it up sometimes, but... I seriously am loving the $20 steak at Sam Ryan's these days. |
The lunch specials at Le Saint Ex are actually really affordable, usually around 23,000, I believe, soup or salad, entree, and dessert or coffee, and the entree is a lot of food. |

| How's the Brazilian steak compare to the others of its kind? I always go to Sau Paulo, in Seoul National University Of Education Station. Simply because they give you all the beer you can drink for 3,000W. |

compared to rio do brazil in sinchon, the itaewon place falls short in quality of the meat i think. the sinchon place just tastes better.
however, in itaewon they have a lot more options, plus the buffet food too.
will have to sau paulo. how far from the station is it? |

I consider myself quite the foodie, so here are my favourites, not in order of preference:
1. Craftworks (Noksapyeong)
2. The Pizza Peel (although that god-awful bathroom makes me hesitate to return).
3. Est. 1894 (hard to find: http://10mag.com/popular-samcheong-dong-burger-chain-opens-branch-in-itaewon/ )
4. Petra's (nice view)
5. Suji's (if you don't mind spending a bit more)
Honourable mention: All American Diner, because sometimes I want a big plate of pancakes and some cheap greasy food.
Also, for dessert my favourites are Waffle Factory (Noksapyeong), Tartine, and Neal's Yard (great chocolate torte). |

If CRAFTWORKS is your favorite restaurant in Itaewon, I think you're alone in considering yourself a foodie... ha ha. |

In order, with my favorite first:
Petras
Tartine
Wang Thai
Taj Palace
Ankara Picnic (Not technically a restaurant, but they make good kebabs, and make them without meat for the hubby and me, while charging less. They are a great light meal.) |

Well, I've only ever had the burger there, and the ciabatta bread they use is good, and the beef patties too (better burgers can be had elsewhere, but they are quite good). Of course, the beer the real reason I go there |

Last time I went to Pizza Peel I got the runs. Bad. Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Audrey's dad didn't wash his hands
Suji's is nice, yet overpriced. Someone open an iHOP franchise and put them out! |

It's hard for me to say since I haven't had much time to check out Itaewon recently.
If I had to choose five here is what they would be:
1)Petra
2)The Rocky Mountain Tavern
3)The Italian restaurant near Monmartre
4)The Waffle Factory near HBC
5)Sultan Kebab.
I went to Craftworks with a friend. I wasn't impressed with the food and service. I'd go again, but it wasn't great. I was expecting more. I had the brunch. I prefer the Waffle House in terms of the food. Gecko's has decent breakfast from what I remember.
As far as 1894 est, I never heard of them. I've had Suji's sandwiches, and I liked the food. |

| I rate the craftworks food as good but not astounding. The beer is what gets me in the door, the food keeps me from getting too drunk |
