I have a front tooth (so quite visible) needing a filling. Since it would be visible I'm thinking that a white filling may be better (from a cosmetic point of view).
THe dentist quoted me 150,000 won for the job. Does that seem right. The filling will be quite small. |

It depends on the type of white filling.
There are about 4 dif kinds - generally the harder (longer lasting) ones cost more - In that price range i'm guessing your getting a mid level strength one......... |

Seems right to me. I just went to the dentist yesterday and had a root canal started. The 2 xrays were 150$ and the first part of the root canal was 100$. Only 4 more visits to go!
I went to Columbia Dental and saw Dr. Kim. Nice lady, perfect English. |

My dentist in Apgujeong quoted me the same price; that seems pretty standard. |

I had all my old hardware metal fillings replaced while in Korea. I was offered the gold fillings or the cheap standard white fillings. I think it cost me about 10,000 won per filling. |
