This is exactly what I am looking for actually and the time to move in is perfect too. Unfortunately, due to my graduate studies I would have trouble coming up with the 2 million key money. Is there any way to pay the key money to the owner over a certain period of time? For example, give him extra rent each month that would go towards the total damage deposit? Thanks you,
