My Teach | Learn techbook will soon be a free download.

I've almost sold enough to get my costs back and will soon provide a pdf once I get the 250 copies sold (only need 20 more).

In anticipation, I've released the book publicly - check it out here.

Lots of great links, printables and ideas for classes of all ages/levels.

Cheers,

DD

Is there any way to sample a page without having to buy it first? It's a shame people have to feel they need to sell their lessons instead of sharing it. A lot of greedy people in the world.

You can see every single page of the book on that link he provided.
The graphic of the book is interactable.

My apologizes for anyone with difficulties seeing the whole book. It is there and check your browser/plug ins. All the links also work and as is, is a good resource for many great websites teachers could use.

I'll have a pdf download link soon - once my goal is reached.

Koreatimes - you are right and you are wrong. I'll leave my thought there.

cheers,

DD

It loads now, sometimes China likes to block certain servers for a while and then they work later. I see you took screenshots of Mr. Bean, you took cartoon drawings (some I have used in class so I know you didn't draw them), grammar exercises, etc....

If I do that, I can sell a book too? Wow.

I actually kind of liked it. SCC is a cool concept. Won't work great with the level I am teaching now but down the road I think it could be fun in a group setting. I'm waiting for profile to be approved as I was going to become a supporter.. I think it's too bad people can't register right away... Big problem imo. But from what I saw besides that, nice presentation.

Hey Daniel,

We used to not have to approve membership and it was automatic. Unfortunately, with popularity comes a downside and the spammers just got so so so heavy - the only way to stop them was an approval process. There are hundreds of people sitting somewhere in Sierre Leone, just ready to shout love anywhere.... sorry about that, just an unfortunate reality.

Koreatimes - get making your book! However, from experience, so many are long on talk and short with the walk. That's true about much in life. However, I have a few blog posts detailing how to make a book like this, if interested.

Well, I have made my quote so you can now download the book free. Print, distribute etc... Makes a great coursebook and in any case, has loads of printables for all levels of students (in the back).

Meant to disrupt traditional publishers with a non profit, student oriented focus. Enjoy.
