| I need to throw out an old bed (base and mattress) - I've never thrown out anything quite this large before. I've heard about the 'collection stickers' you need to use and such - Where do I get one of those - or shall I just dump it and wait for someone less fortunate to take it away? |

It depends where you live. You need to get the sticker from the town office in your neighborhood. I don't know how to find out where your office is. It depends on your address. I found mine by going to the wrong one and the people there helped me find it. (In Haebangchon it's at the top of the hill by the police station.)
I wouldn't just dump it. It's only like 10k to throw out a bed, but the fine if you get caught dumping it is a lot more. Give it away if you can, but even the most desperate person isn't going to want a bed they found on the side of the road. |

In all of the places I have lived in Seoul the security manager always has a few of the stickers that they will sell you if you ask for them.
Also, you can contact a 2nd hand store if the piece isnt too worn out, they will often come and take it for free. |
