Okay... by lookout spots I mean makeout spots, ha ha.

But seriously... New York is filled with benches overlooking Brooklyn Bridge, buildings with roofs, parks, etc.

Seeing this girl tonight and want to go someplace different. Kind of like her and have a bottle of champagne I've been saving. Want to take her to a NON-bar/restaurant, drink some champagne, and... find some peace. A good roof or just a lookout would be ideal. She has a car, which might make things easier.

Any help is appreciated.

Just find a building and try the rooftop. It's pretty easy.

A backup plan would be one of the many peaks around the city.

The view from Inwon Mountain to the north of Seoul has an amazing view of Seoul. Go to Gyeongbokgung Station. Exit 3. Walk about 50m and take either the 1020 or 7022 bus. The bus will go a bit and then take a right and go up the mountain behind the blue house. Exit the bus at the top, cross the street and walk a little, and there is a park up there. You can see all of Seoul from the park. There are benches, too.
