Has anyone done or are doing a PHD through a Korean university (Seoul) that is in English?

Just trying to figure out what options there are. Looking at probably getting away from specific TESOL type programs and more with involved with Communication. But am open to any program that would be suitable.

Don't need to have postings about how bad Korean universities are - have heard it all before.

So any recommendations about programs would be appreciated.

Here are two threads about studying in Korea. If you have any specific questions, feel free to post them. I am not studying in Seoul, so I can't give any comments on that, but I've been happy with the level of English at my uni. I don't have any knowledge about communication majors.
