I and everyone here have been at the same school for several years so I am not able to answer this question. A friend of mine said that transcripts are no longer needed for a Visa. Is this true? I searched Visa here and 1000's of threads came up. And I also would trust someone who has hade a recent visa to answer this, not what you may find at the immigration sites as they tend to be confusing.
Thanks |

Transcripts are no longer needed by immigration.
They are often required by first time applicants when applying for the actual visa or (in the case of Canadians) degree confirmation/certification.
They may be asked for by the MOE/POE if there is any question about the degree itself.
They may be asked for by an employer (often the case for uni positions).
