I live near Seoul and my work is currently cluttering my house. So I am looking for an unfurnished studio space needed to take photos and shoot videos. It could even be an office space in a building.

The size should be 20-30pyung @83meters2. It could be in Southern Seoul, or Gyeonggi.

I have about 80 million won for deposit and I guess I can afford up to 1 million a month in rent.

So if someone has experience in this area, please let me know.
