Hi all,
Looking for someone to takeover my lease - This is a 1-room officetel located right in-between the Hansung University subway station and the Sungshin Women's University Station (line 4). It's about a 5 minute walk to either station and there's also a large city bus/airport bus station very close to the building.

Air conditioning, refrigerator included, coin laundry on the 9th floor of the building. There's also a parking lot in the basement. Its about a 2 minute taxi ride to Hyehwa station or a 20 minute walk. It's a 10 million won deposit and 500,000 won a month, but if you go through the office you can avoid the real estate agent fees (800,000 won).
