| Does anyone have a number for Air Asia in Korea? I am flying with them next week and have a question and have been trying their chat and calling their Malaysia number without any luck. TIA! |

| Yeah, the one on the AirAsia website is not a real Korea number. I finally found it. It's listed on the Incheon airport website. |

I have had luck with calling their UK number. Did it over Skype.
And yes, the phone number for Korea didn't work for me (some bizarre number). |

| I guess that is how their flights are so cheap - the lack of customer service representatives. I had to wait until 11:30pm to call Air Asia in Incheon because that is when they open. They weren't able to make any changes but they did give me the email address to AirAsia. I finally just called the Australia number on Skype and was able to get a hold of them. |

I've been looking at booking with Air Asia, and I wanted to see if I could get a hold of them at their Korean number, should there be an issue. I had no idea what to do with the 15 digit number listed on their website!  |

Yeah. Any idea when they will be accepting bookings for SE Asia via their website again anyone? |
