I would generally agree with this. Decent looking girls, especially if they have a good pesonality will almost always have guys interested in them, even if they are a foreign girl in Korea, with Korean girl hungry wayguk guys being the vast majority.
However, I don't think it can be said of girls who are a little on the frumpy side. Its tough out there for them. I've seen it first hand and heard them complian.
I do think that even with a decent looking girl its a little tougher than back home though. Also, to be fair, the choice of guys is slim compared to back home for girls I'd imagine. In addition, Korean girls are dating guys who are seen as odd back home and they don't realize they're dating what is essentially a 'loser'. The same as well for some Korean girls who date wayguks because they are seen by many korean men as not up to snuff.
Its been beaten to death but Korea does attract some odd balls both in personality and looks. I also think guys tend to overstate the foreign girl choices and part of it may be residual anger. There are girls here who wouldn't date them back home but they can laud a korean girl over them in Korea. There are many very datable foreign women here. Especially in the larger cities. Small areas, its slim pickings on both sides and that's understandable and that's anywhere, even in American small towns. |

Yup! Got married in Seoul this summer. I marred my best friend, and life couldn't be better. Well, a nice variety of affordable cheese would be nice, but you know what I mean  |

Congrats! I don't remember seeing it on the board but I wasn't paying much attention to this place then.

The same guys are around no matter what a girl looks like. My "beautiful" and "nice" roommate always had a boyfriend, but having met these guys I know it's just because she is not very picky at all. If she had had standards (no liars, no controlling men, etc.) she would have been single most of the time too. |

I admit to just skimming or not reading everything here - but I am at a cafe waiting for chums to show up so I thought this would be a quality time thing to assist all the esl girls out there.
I would remind you all to be like our leader Dave- kind helpful and always seeing the best in our fellow teachers - if anyone saw Dave speak they would think - like me- that he is a well meaning guy who is thoughtful on other ideas. After all Dave himself is a happy hsuband to a wife not of Western origin - God bless them and theirs.
Anyhow, like I said before iif there are ladies out there - and from all these rather negative posts there are- who can not tender a Korean fellow I am understanding and there for you - however you must be a sweet lass with a fine and well rounded good to speak of and thought of--
personality - (what you think I am a male pigheaded horses butt) I have been getting a lot of PM from ESL girls here but I would ask you to not link me to immodest pictures of yourself - also some of those master teacher vids were disturbing. Recall please I am a Western Gentleman of Noble morals and bearing. Also cool hiker/biker/surf/snorkel lasses can not be beaten - except by the stiffest waves or downpours.
so lets get some more pms going - and also as I said - What happened with the OP girls - did they find a western guy or go back to the west unloved unwed unrequited and empty of bloated fat western guy teacher memories? |
