Also depends what you teach, the content prof seem to be older and the language instructors seem to be younger.

That and there are already people with MA's who can interview for the good jobs in Korea.

The levels of "discrimination" go up as you apply from out of the country, have little experience, or have no related graduate or post-graduate qualifications.
