Are there any good ones? I know the weather has turned crappy recently, but when the craving hits I must oblige. I'm near Boramae Park area btw.

Have you explored Boramae Park at all? There are 2 basketball courts in the Southeast corner of the park. They're pretty busy/crowded when the weather is nice, but I don't think you'll have many problems now that it's getting colder. If you're willing to go a little farther, there are several courts along the Anyang river in Southwest Seoul. I rarely ever see anyone using them.

Not so much. But that's great knowing that there are some right there! Thanks, I'll have to check that out.

Most university campuses have courts, and you'll likely be able to find pickup games on a regular basis as well. I used to play on Korea University's science campus courts over by Anam Station. There were people playing pretty much all day and late into the night.
