I am looking for a hard drive for my ps3. I currently have a 20GB one HOWEVER im looking to GREATLY expand that (obviously due to this post) and if anyone has experience with this and/or a hard drive to sell let me know ur price.

Be aware i will be putting it inside my ps3

its simple, just buy a 2.5" HDD that's normally for Laptop.

i just upgrade mine to 640gb. loaded with tons of PSN games. try google it. it is easy.

It's seriously so easy to upgrade your PS3 HD. You'll need an external HD or USB thumbdrive to be safe incase you have to load the OS onto the HD at the initial boot.

Yeah, for such a powerful machine, that 20GB HDD can be a killer.... It is pretty easy to upgrade, though. Good luck finding a new one for it at a good price. HDD prices are up a bit due to the flooding in SE Asia. Just paid a bit too much to upgrade my MacBook's HDD.... Sad

yeah thats what my computer guy, haha i got 500GB on my HDD now and it was like 80,000 for it. pretty good in my opinion
