|

Hi,
Has anyone seen good sliced wholewheat or rye bread?
I'm looking for stuff 65% or over, with delivery or not.
Thanks,
NK. |

Costco's pretty well stocked, and High Street Market definitely has some stuff as well. Meili and Tartine might as well, though I can't speak to specific percentages at any of these places. |

My local E-Mart and Tous les Jours bakery has whole wheat. I've only seen Rye at Costco though. If you need delivery there's ezshopkorea.com |

Yeah, Costco has whole wheat and rye both. Sold in a full size loaf, just like home. Haven't seen a loaf of whole wheat bread anywhere else, myself. |

I've never seen whole wheat at any of the chain bakeries or grocery stores, FWIW. |

I bought a bread-maker for cheap off of someone who was leaving. I buy things like Rye Flour and Whole Wheat Flour from the Nice Market and make my own bread. Cheap and delicious. I wonder if I should start a side business?! |

I think the bread at High Street is excellent: wholesome, nutty, flavorful. I've purchased rye bread there which I've paired with Suji's pastrami and muenster or provolone for a fine sandwich. |

try a few doors down from High Street: There is a bakery called Maybell. Better and cheaper, by a little. Owner is great, some English spoken, everything labeled well. Go early, he sells out daily. |

Thanks, I will ask if highstreet or maybell do delivery.
The costco stuff is out of stock for online ordering very often.
Managing fine without any, but the kids like it for a quick snack.
Thanks again,

Paris Croissant do 3 or so nice rye/wholewheat breads.
One is even a small German style rye bread called "Berlin".
Happy customer here. |

I second buying a bread maker especially if you eat alot of bread. I've had one for 10 years and we have a different bread almost every week. Rye and whole wheat flour can be bought on Gmarket. I use Bob's Red Mill brand and always have good results. |
