My hagwon is going to terminate me on November 30th. A camp is willing to hire me for one-month on the day after I leave the hagwon. Then another camp is going to hire me for another month. Then a Hagwon chain will let me start for them on February 20th, 2012.
Do I need to have each of those employers to write me a release letter when I find my permanent job on February 20th. Will I have to leave Korea? |

Depending on each employer and your status in Korea you may be able to add these employers as your visa sponsor and then switch at the end of each job or you may need a new visa in each case which would also entail a visa run.
ONLY IMMIGRATION can give you an accurate answer. They should be your first stop.

Then get each additional workplace added when needed. |

Your visa (the think in your passport) is meaningless at this point in time.
Your ARC is what matters.
Immigration rules state that you have 14 days AFTER the termination of employment to report the change or leave Korea.
If you report the change they will give you 30 days to take care of the paperwork to change your sponsorship to a new employer.
If you do not report the change, then you get to leave or risk being caught in an overstay position.
Repeat as necessary.
