I don't see how someone can eat on 400,000 a month and have anything resembling a healthy body.
If I the only way to put back all that extra cash is to stop eating right and let a spare tire form around my middle and my arms dwindle in size, then I'll pass. But I need to know if that really is the problem or is it something else.
I want to save better, I really do. But I'm not willing to sacrifice my health and fitness for it.[/quote]
Breakfast - usually a bowl of cereal, 2 pieces of toast and some fruit at around 8am
12pm - free school lunch - sometimes it may resemble North Korean labour camp food but its food and its healthy so I eat it
snack of fruit around 3pm
Dinner at 6pm - usually steak, chicken, pork or fish with either rice potatoes and veg..
Snack around 9pm of cheese or any other " luxury item " i may have treated myself too during my weekly trip to Emart.
Then eat out average 2 times per week usually costing between 7,000 and 10,000 per person x 2 people.
This all adds up to around 70,000 / 80,000 per week sometimes a bit more but never more than 100,000, also my wife is a qualified nutritionist so I am confident I am getting the correct amount of nutrients and and not wasting away or becoming fat. Its possible if you know where to shop and what to buy. |
