A Korean enjoying illegal mind-altering substances will have a tough time getting into Korea.
Look at "Better Luck Tomorrow". You will never find any Korean DVD store carrying it- even though one couldn't readily identify the actors as being Korean. |

Yes. So is prostitution, selling counterfeit goods, running red lights, etc. |
