Ok so I am going to get screwed over and i have been refused holidays till the last week of my contract. My brother came for a holiday here and I wasn't even allowed a single working day off! Also talked to 2 people who worked for the same place as me and they are yet to get severance pay back. So I don't see the hassle of waiting out this contract.
I am 8 months in and depressed. I am usually someone who wouldn't quit but I can't sleep at night and want out of this job. I can't last 3 mths longer which I found out is the notice time I must give.
I don't want to just leave Korea on a bad note (came with a gf from back home) so I was wanting to know if I do a runner for a nice relaxing holiday in southern Japan can I come back to Korea for 3 weeks or so with no problems? |

Provided you hand in your ARC on your way out (canceling your E2) then YES.
CAVEAT: you may need a new set of documents to get a new job with a new visa.
