Some have been open for a week or two now according to a news report I saw recently.

Edit all based off of their websites:

High1 has 3 of their runs currently open.

Phoenix Park has 7 of their slopes open.

Vivaldi Park has only 2 open (1 is open only during the day).

Alpensia hasn't opened any of their slopes.

YongPyong has opened 6 of their slopes.

Most of the slopes that have been opened are beginner level. Also, the resorts might open more if what you say is true about heavy snow.

Added some more: (no classes today)

O2 Resort has two runs open.

Oak Valley has opened one run.

Elysian's site is not clear but I believe two lifts are open but not sure if you can actually ski/snowboard.

Hyundai Sungwoo Resort has 4 runs currently open.

That is all I can find.

Went to high 1 yesterday. Neither peaks were open. The only run open was the beginner run under the gondola and that was only open from the halfway (down) point. Wish I had known before going, Vivaldi is a lot closer. Try to make sure at least one peak is open before going to High 1.

I think there were a couple of bunny slopes open, to make a total of 3 slopes.

never been to vivaldi or high one, but been to a couple other ones.

thinking tomorrow might go to hyundai... seems to be the closest.

vivaldi seems to be more of a pain to get to...

Yongpyeong has been open for two weeks or so, and the last few days have seen quite a bit of snowfall out this way.

I am at sea level and we got mostly rain, but a quick glance up at the mountains tells me they got a huge pile of snow. It looks absolutely beautiful up there.
