| Looking to take over a smart phone contract. Preferably around 9 months left on the contract. Not looking to pay for the phone in addition to the contract. My current 2g phone service I've been using for the past 9 months is being discontinued. Thanks. |

There's no reason for someone to need to pass on a contract to you unless there was some payments left for the phone. Why wouldn't they just pay the rest of phone off and get out of the contract? |
