Hi,
I am looking at these "two-room" apartments that require 10 mil. key money and a monthly rent of about $500.
I am looking at those in Busan, and they seem to be about 50 sqm, basically a one-bedroom unit.
Anyone lived in one of these places? Are they clean/modern?
I am planning to get one for about 6 months to 1 year.
Any advice from people in Busan?

6 months on a 2 year contract..... might be problematic getting your key money back.
