| Sorry if this question has been answered in another thread but I couldn't find sufficient information. I went to college in West Virginia but am currently in Florida. I had my diploma apostilled by the Florida Secretary of State. Does the diploma need to be apostilled by the West Virginia Secretary of State or does it not matter which state it is apostilled in? |

The apostille needs to be on a (photo)copy of your diploma (not the original - the one you send will be kept by immigration) and it doesn't matter which state does it.
