I'm looking to get a credit card in Korea for online purchasing.

Which is the best credit card to get?

Note: I don't speak Korean, so a credit card with English support would be great.

Your criteria is very vague. How is anyone suppose answer your question?

Do you want cashback? Points? Mileage? Do you shop predominantly on one Internet site? Where on the internet are you buying? etc...

Be more specific and maybe someone can help you. Your question is analogous to "I like driving on dry road. What is the best vehicle to buy?"

Depends...

What is your visa status?
How long have you been here?
Where do you work?

If you are on an E2 and work at a hagwan then just about your ONLY option is a card with any one of the banks (Woori and KEB are the easiest and have English support on the credit card) and they will require a security deposit (collateral) of 110% of your credit limit.

If you work at a university, public company or have been in a PS for a while then Samsung or KEB expat cards are options (no collateral required).

If you are on a different visa status (E7, F2/5, etc) then you have more options.

.

You're being slightly vague... Do you only need the credit card to purchase from online korean websites?

If so, no need for a credit card.. Just pay online with your check card. Even though i have a samsung credit i never use it, i just just my bank card to buy things online.
