| I started my new job on the 5th of December. As I remember, I have 14 days to transfer my visa, so time isn't a problem right now. I'm curious as to what I need to bring with me to the Immigration office in Mokdong when I go there. What are the things I must compile on my own and where and to whom/what am I supposed to do upon arrival? The only time I've been there was to pick up my ARC card and that was a 5-minute thing. I'm not sure what the process is, how long it will take me and where I go. |

Walk in the door.
Get a queue number.
fill in the application form.
Wait till your number (or appointment time if you have one) comes up.
Go to the counter.
Hand the stuff to the immigration officer.
Wait while he punches the computer.
Done.
Leave.
Go back to work.
You will need:
ARC
passport
new contract
application (tick the appropriate boxes at the top of the form)
fee(s) (60k for change of employer and 30k for the extension if needed).
new employers letter of guarantee (sponsorship form).
copy of the new employers business registration.
