I was thinking about starting a business selling American brand name products that would include lotions, perfumes, mists, makeup etc. Would this be legal? Do I need a certain type of Visa? Would I need to get a business license? What advice do you guys have for starting a business like this. Thanks! |

You would need an F visa or an Investor's Visa. Import companies are common, and you would need a business license.
If I were you, I'd find a partner. I've looked into a similar idea but lack the capital required to startup. I have an F visa, and undergrad in Business plus an MBA. I think I could help you out.
If you are interested in partnering up, then PM me. |
