| The Cheongyechon stream (City Hall/Jonggak/Gwanghwamun) is usually done up really nicely. Haven't been down there yet this year but it was pretty cool last year. Nice place for an evening stroll with a date. |

| I was going to Ipanema by City Hall this weekend. How would I get to this stream from there? I did a search but a little lost. I don't know the area at all but would be nice to see some lights. |
