WRONG AGAIN!
The past tense of fly is FLEW.
As in, "I FLEW to Hong Kong..."

20? plenty of people in the UK graduate at 21 year old (3 year degrees) and are straight into jobs (recruitment consultants included)...immature or not, its not just China that hire newbies who have no experience/no next to nothing about their job!
