So far I have stayed in two, Siloam in Seoul, and Vesta in Busan for 12,000 each. No complaints here for those two.

I've never understood why people will come to Seoul, go to bars and clubs where drinks are around 10,000 a pop, and then don't want to cough up like 20,000 for a cheap room.

Korean NETs have to be the cheapest people in the world. I know we don't make much money, but come on. 20,000 won and you don't have to sleep in a room full of cigarette smoke and kids playing Starcraft. If you can't spare that much, maybe you shouldn't be spending your leisure time in Seoul in the first place.

Yeah, it's the best option. Not that much really. 10k or 20k at the most.

Some even do laundry. You get a nice hot shower, a shave, maybe a massage, a good meal, take a long nap. By the time you wake/sober up, clothes are done and you can leave feeling like a brand new man. Can't beat that.

I would also go for the jimjilbang. I've never been to one of those pc bangs with the private stalls and a bench for sleeping but i've heard of them. Regardless, they'll be much more than a regular pc bang. You can find plenty of decent jimjilbangs for 10,000 Won. If you're really on a tight budget, you can find some as low as 4000 Won. Students use them all the time. At the jimjilbang you'll be able to sleep on at least a mat of some sort, lock up your stuff in a locker, and have a shower. Plus, there's the sauna and hot tub.

For sleeping, there's no benefit to a pc bang.

I fourth it for whatever it's worth, although Jimjilbangs tend to be rather warm even in the areas where people sleep.

Jimjilbangs are good.

Though I will put in a nice vote for DVD rooms. I've gone into some after long nights of drinking, paid $10 popped in a long movie, and passed out till I was well enough to get to work in the morning.

Lock the door and fall asleep.
