The older series came out years ago and was fantastic (if not too sci -fi) but this one goes in depth and takes place back when it all started.
The jist of the series - you can Wikipedia it for a full summation.
China takes over the world in the 21st century. They wipe out (Nuke) most all Japanese, Middle-Easterners and Africans as they build giant cities. They have Emperors and a rigid caste system as they slow down any type of development and science. Europeans, the new underclass, are revolting to make changes.
Has anyone read any of the books? Any fans out there? |
