Hate to be corny but I really do believe that every member contributes even though I may disagree with them.

That said, I think without ttompatz great compendium of knowledge he brings to the table, I would never ever check Dave's. He pretty much makes up 80% of the reason I still come here.

He's never made a secret of it as far as I'm aware. Why would he?

Van Islander - his online persona seemed somewhat gay. Posted some good stuff though.

Tiger beer - Prolific poster back in the day. Excellent information about travelling.

Tompatz - Info on visas and travel to Philippines . What more has to be said?

Wylies - bit of a knob but a good avatar with the cat listening to headphones (where did he go to?)

Soju sucks - Used to be always trawling the web for some foreinger story to get indignant about. Also big on food and cooking.

flakfizer and +1 for The Cosmic Hum. I like their sense of humor.

I like Steelrails in a general sense but when I do try to debate something with him, he pretends I don't exist.

Mr.BlackCat is a bit verbose but worth the read normally.

Stout's usually worth a read. crescent as well.

PaperTiger. But I know the guy in person. And barely ever get to see him.

Mind, I'm only referring to current posters. There were far more personalities here in the past.

Ha, you know PaperTiger too? Tell the big guy I said hey.

As to my favorites: Captain has recently become cool, but I remember a few years ago when he was just another apologist.

Bluelake continues to offer amazing insight. But I guess we'd all have a pretty good perspective on things if we came here in the early 80's too.

I enjoyed michaelgambling (sp?) just because of his outrageous posts. One week he was on about the best hookers in Itaewon and the next week he
gets married to some random Korean girl. Man, we roasted him.

The Great Toad is another from back in the day.

ein07912 was interesting for a bit, got banned though.

northway I like

sojusucks is good if I ever need to know anything about Costco. Other than
that, his posts are worthless.

MollyBloom is cool.

Steelrails only entertains me because he will twist and turn any way possible
to find a way to spin everything Korea does as great and everything the
West does as terrible. The king of apologists and probably a self-hating
whitey.

Actually, I personally know the Great Toad. He is quite a funny guy.

I'm adopted. There's a difference.

Posters I like-
Flakfizer and ThingsComeAround- General sense of humor both have and a balanced reasonable perspective.

NYCGal for intelligence and good upbringing

Warrenpease and djsmnc for departed mirthfulness

Bluelake for knoweldge

desperation, cert43, and all the other weirdos out there

Komerican, calender, and all those other Michelle Bachmann-esqe apola-extremers who make me look like a mere Newt Gingrich in comparison.

And of course my fellow horsemen of the apologistalypse- CC, TUM, PGHB. The Fab Four Rolling Eyes
