|
Hey folks,
I just came back to Korea for holidays, as well as to prepare for my wedding in March/April 2012.
The car is for sale in Seoul, South Korea, and currently makes 348 rwhp on low boost (0.9bar or 13.4psi). I didn't have a boost controller when I dynoed the car, but I was told it would make around 370-380 rwhp on high boost (1.2bar or 17psi).
SPECS:
1994 supra GZ (top of the line model), coupe
90,xxx original miles (or 154,000 km)
- Do Luck body kit
- Volk TE-37's (special offset) 18" with new tires all around (the tires have less than 500km on them)
- Audiostream full audio system (cost around 3 million won), includes 15" sub, 4 channel amplifier, headunit, mid range speakers and tweeters up front. No expenses spared
- HKS BOV
- HKS fmic
- HKS exhaust
- HKS boost gauge
- HKS EVC4 electronic boost controller
- cat delete
- automatic transmission cooler
- aftermarket radiator
- Euroglass headlights (these cost $500, and are the rare European glass headlights, not the cheap plastic ones)
- New front glass
- Custom black leather with red stitching interior
- LED everything (dome light, trunk light, cluster gauge, center console)
- Turbos replaced a year ago, they should be ready for another 100 years if you only use low boost =)
- New Battery
The car is ***mechanically perfect*** , especially the engine, turbo's, and transmission.
PROS:
- Mechanically perfect
- Tastefully modded (not riced out)
- VOLK TE-37's!!! / Euroglass!!! / custom interior!!!
- Your chance to own a SUPRA for $14k USD
- Awesome sound system
- Unique ride, anyone who knows cars will recognize it
CONS:
- rear wiper motor not working
- small crack in front bumper
- scratches on the front wheels from trying to parallel park in a 2 way street with illegally parked cars on one side and trucks/motorcycles/pedestrians/little furry animals trying to pass by on the other.
Please call at 010-5414-5865 OR 070-4009-5199
Prices won't last, the only reason I'm selling cheap is because I want to help out with the wedding costs, even though my parents are paying for everything. I also don't need the supra here in Korea when I'm living and working in California. Please call soon if you don't want to lose this great opportunity.

That's a really nice ride, I've always loved Supras. Might be a tough sell though for a nearly 20 year old car. But still hot after all these years. You should try selling it on bobaedream.co.kr if you haven't already.
Good luck with the sale. |

I bleeping wish, one of my dream cars for a long time. If that car would be for sale (in the States) in exactly one year, I might wet my pants. (but why is it auto?)
Good luck with the sale man, this will go to one lucky bastard. |

Thanks for the kind words, yes it's really old, but a car like this would sell for $25k+ in the States. Too bad they only look at the age of the car in Korea
I've actually put the car up on Bobaedream too but it's got a higher price tag there

Hi, thanks for the interest, it's auto because I drove a manual skyline before, and it was a pain in the a** driving around in the traffic lol....
As for the car making it's way to the US, it's very highly unlikely, because of the regulation, especially in California. I'm not sure if the car is able to be registered in other States, but the big issue is with JDM cars having to pass both State and Federal regulations Otherwise I'd be driving this over in the States too. Why not buy it here and drive around, then sell it later? I'm really cutting my losses, even if you sold it later, you'd still come out on top! |

From what I understand there are no restrictions on cars over 15 years old since they are considered antique. |
