I'm curious. Where is this building?

Bundang has some fancy apartment buildings with their own gym, supermarket etc. They are insanely expensive.

I would be surprised if a hagwon would put a teacher in one of those.

Yup... that'd be my place. We have a health club, an LG25, cleaners, and restaurant indoors.

I work for a high school.

They also put up a married co-teacher couple here, but they have a bigger place. Theirs is 26 or 28 Pyung, and mine is 18. But actual living space is half that.

I'm in one of the Royal Palace complex buildings near Sunae (there are like 5 buildings to this thing).

And I did think of dumping my garbage in the hall.

You're a lucky sod!!!

An apartment in Royal Palace!!!! I know it well. I often go past there in taxis and fantasize about having a place in there.

No wonder you have expensive charges!!!

I live in the least expensive of the palace group. You can buy a new offictell for about 63,000,000. It lists as 18 pyong, but actually only has about 9 pyong in the room, I'd guess. My school bought this place, so that's why I don't have another housing choice. It's not bad.
