I'm going to be traveling for several months in SEA and was wanting to get a typhoid shot and a tetnus booster. Any idea where I can get these on a Saturday or Sunday for relatively cheap.
Also, any idea if the Japanese encephalitis shot is worth it? I'll be traveling around some pretty rural parts of Cambodia and Laos.
Thanks for the info. |

Tetanus can be from, any hospital or clinic that is open on the weekend.
20k won or so.
JE is also easily available and cheap. Mosquito repellent works fine too.
I wouldn't worry about typhoid unless you plan to go really native and live off the land.
Stick to bottled beverages (soft drinks, water) or boiled ones (tea, coffee) and fresh cooked food and you will be fine in SE Asia.
