Someone should have told the employees at Papa John's to hold the slurs on Minhee Cho's order Friday night.

The pizza chain has found itself embroiled in quite the unsavory scandal, after Cho, the communications manager of New York-based, non-profit news organization ProPublica, tweeted a photo of her Papa John's receipt bearing an offensive description of her.

If it did, I'm sure there would be someone like this:
Quote:
Meanwhile, a manager who identified himself only as Jerome went so far as to blame Cho for the negative publicity the restaurant has received in wake of the incident.

Its affecting how we work, Jerome groused to the New York Post. This is a place of business. I truly dont think its fair what she did; its just crazy ... I think the lady put it out there just to get some attention some people like that type of attention. I truly dont think its fair. Its been taking up all our time. Its been very disruptive.

Wow notice they say "we are of all different races etc"

So if an african american person went in there and was called "big lipped watermelon lover" or a spanish did and was called "Burrito loving sombrero wearer" Jerome would be upset about the commotion and not those words too?

Doubt it, its brooklyn. They would probably burn the restaurant down.

There was a similar thread recently about a Chick-Fil-A employee that did the same thing.

According to several white male Dave's posters, there isn't much racism in the U.S. because they were never victims of racism back home. Laughing

Been to Brooklyn.? One street there is over one hundred languages spoken. Pretty much as diverse as you can get. Jerome sounds like a true New Yorker, if something like a rude counter clerk upsets you maybe the city isnt for you. Move along, no blood no foul.
In Canada they throw bananas at The black player in the NHl.

Any reasonably educated person would know that "chinky" is not an acceptable description for someone, especially a customer.

If this happened on Dave's it would run about 30 pages... it would start off with some pseudo intellectual analysis by some 23 year-old BA who can't get a job back home, and then quickly degenerate into a flame war between the apologists and the haters.

Here you go again.

Did "people" throw the banana? You even said "bananas".

A far as google goes, it was one person and one banana.

Either you're purposely lying, or you're misinformed.
