available as of march 1st, a gorgeous new loft located 3 minutes from Chungmuro station in a brand new building; we were the first people to live in the apartment as the building was only opened in late July 2011.

if we weren't leaving the country, we'd stay here forever. huge amount of space, tons of light, quiet secure building, loft bedroom up top with living room downstairs, gorgeous bathroom with rainhood shower, ample cupboard space, and an incredible view of bukhansan and namsan; wrap around floor to ceiling windows (9th floor).

half of the building is a hotel (Chungmuro residence) with the other half private residences...

Is there any way to put down a higher deposit to lower the rent?

sorry about that--- forgot to mention;

deposit is 2.7 million won (three months rent, refundable).

brand new built in washing machine and fridge.

we will either be selling our furniture (couch, bed, cabinet, coffee table, dining table, clothes dresser, small kitchen cupboard/stand, kitchen ware) heavily discounted to whomever is interested in the apartment OR seperately at new tenant's choice.

Like mentioned above is it possible to have a higher deposit and lower rent?
