I've just realised that I have lost all my Shinhan bank cards on the way to work. I've done this before and replaced them by showing my ARC at my local branch.
The problem this time is that I've also lost my ARC so I'm wondering how it's possible to replace these card without an ARC.
Can they at least by cancelled over the telephone? |

They can be cancelled or put on hold over the telephone.
NH gave me a card without my arc because I had opened the account with my passport. KB and Hana wouldn't give me a card till I received my new ARC. |
