THIS IS GRAPHIC. If you can't handle graphic, then I suggest you stay away from war related images. These are soldiers, not boy scouts after all.

What, you want a bunch of fairies protecting you? Very Happy

That's not why the US went into Afghanistan.

I empathize much more with animals than I do with humans. Killing a defenseless animal like that for fun would be a capital offence, if it were up to me.

Don't really feel like they're protecting anyone so much as doing the dirty work for the Pentagon and multinational corporations. And just spreading basic misery around the freakin' globe-

These guys are screwed. They didn't just urinate on dead Taliban, they urinated on everyone from the President down.

It absolutely amazes me they felt comfortable videotaping them doing something like that and putting it on Youtube. I hope some officers heads roll over this too.

So the army came out with orders for soldiers to not desecrate and treat all enemy corpses with respect. But cutting them in half with hot lead is still a go. What a bizarre world we live in.

You would have a point, if peeing on corpses was was all it took to stop living Taliban from fighting. As it is, I hardly see how it contributes to the mission.

By the way, what is the mission? And why is the "mission" taking so long?

Interestingly there seems to be more outrage about this in the U.s. than in Afghanistan. Whats the mission ask Nato. they voted to go in to Afghanistan.

Great quote I&M Butler is one of my favorites guys just told the truth.

Come on boys, at this point we all know the "mission" is about global positioning for resources/oil, access to markets, strategic military positioning, more money for those who own the munitions factories and private contractors like Blackwater, etc...or do u need Donald Rumsfeld to come back and spin another story for u?

But that doesnt sound as altruistic as saving little girls from getting acid thrown in their faces.

True, but hot lead or shrapnel/radiation from depleted uranium shells isn't much of an improvement...and I wouldn't say rape is out of the question, either.

A war crime is a war crime, whether you agree that the war is a just cause or not. I don't buy it that these types of incidents are inevitable, especially when there are at least five troops involved and they are apparently comfortable doing it in front of a camera and posting it on Youtube.

Of course these incidents are inevitable. They have happened in every single war and will continue until all wars are fought by robots.
And is pissing on dead bodies an actual war crime - against the Geneva Convention?
