Applying for new E2 no. but didn't hand my arc in last Mar.

Hi,

I'm sending off my stuff for an E2 visa number (new application.)

I left my old job in March, six months before the expiry of my visa. However I didn't hand my ARC in at the airport.

When I send off for my new E2 number, should I also send my old ARC or will they not require that? Basically, is still having my old ARC going to be a problem?

IF it has expired they won't care.

IF it hasn't expired they won't care about getting it back but they won't give you a new visa (or even consider a new visa application) until it does.

IF it has expired they won't care.

IF it hasn't expired they won't care about getting it back but they won't give you a new visa (or even consider a new visa application) until it does.

It expired in September '11 so I should be good to go.
