I jsut got a printout on my desk about some changes regarding taxes. I'm not sure how that affects us foreigners. Maybe someone else can chime in on whether it impacts us or not.
From my limited Korean, it looks like its changes regarding tax refunds and stuff. |

bump.
i heard about this through my girlfriend. i went to the bank and got what looks to be a monthly summary of my bank card use, and her uni says that's all they need and she'll receive a refund of around 500,000 KRW. my school has no idea what i'm talking about.
any additional info on this and/or the process would help a lot. |

I have been told that if you have spent 25% of your income (cash receipts, bank card statement) then it will affect your refund. Utilities are not included. Some percentage of medical bills are included, if you spend a percentage that I cannot recall. |
