This is REALLY hard to believe, but the arrested(but not yet convicted) con artist and criminal(my opinion through DIRECT personal experience), Wystan Kang, apparently left the pokey and immediately set up another illegal business. This guy still owes me a lot of money and owes others millions. This guy should be in jail and have his assets auctioned to pay restitution to his victims. Which will soon be more by the looks of it. According to the article the police either don't care, don't care about foreigners and their complaints, or are just inept. I thought we were close to closure here, but in reality we are not even close.
