I'd like to join the 21st century and have a smart phone, but I guess I don't need one, and since I don't know if I'll be here for two years more, I don't know if it would be a good idea to get a 2 year contract. I guess my best bet would be for a one year contract for a basic phone? Could I later get a used smart phone and change over? How does that work?
