Cut your losses and have her change jobs ASAP. 10% is nothing in the grand scheme of things. It's when the monthly deductions start to add up you will have to worry, and your wife will likely get canned.

Use your brains on this one and get her out.

Yeah, I figure she needs to slip outta this one quickly and quietly. But not before she has another job lined up. Let the hunt begin!
