|

Anyone know of any Indoor Swimming pools? Almost all of the gyms I've researched do not have one...
I'm located in Yeoksam area but willing to travel a bit for a swim, thanks to any replies. |

I know there is one near Hyewha (Daehangno). My coworker goes there. Not sure where it is, though.
There are certainly around. The gu-office gym next to my old home in West Seoul had one, too. |

Olympic Park has indoor swimming pools. You'll have to check their
schedule as to when public swim is. I think they limit the number of
people that can enter each time slot.
Here is their information on the web:

There is a water park in the Enter 6 mall at Wangsimni Station. They have a pretty big indoor and outdoor pool in addition to all the kiddy stuff. |

I think a lot of sports centers have swimming pools, don't they? I'm pretty sure the Nowon-gu Sports Center does. |

There is a pool at a community center right near gangnam station. If you walk down the street with butterfingers and BK away from Yoksam station (towards Kyeodae,) past CPK and down the street with the school, it's the brick building on the right. Ten pack of passes cost either 60 or 70. |

^Will def. look around for it. I'm assuming 1 pass is only good for 1 time, which is pretty expensive even when buying a pack of 10.
Thanks for all the replies, gonna keep looking around. |

I actually recently moved to Hannam dong, walking distance from Itaewon.
I know there is an indoor pool in Itaewon somewhere for 60,000 won/month. Does anyone have any other information about this place? Website? Location? Opening/closing time? Etc
Thanks to all replies! |

The Itaewon one is attached to the elementary school at Noksapyeong Station. It's an orange building if that helps you find it.
Something like 60,000 a month for unlimited free swimming. Free swimming is early morning, lunch time, and late a night.
You have to wear a cap and goggles. There is a small gym that is also included.
Be prepared for overcrowded lanes, lots of old people that stare a lot, and cold water. Otherwise, good enough place. Lap swimming only. No floating or hanging around. |

The one at Olympic park is nice.
There is a good one in Gangnam too.
Make sure you wear your swimcap! |
