Blizzard up river in Yeuju as well. About time really, without this there would be water shortage for the planting season. |

Yahoo weather has it accumulating at less than one inch. If you think that's a blizzard, you obviously didn't grow up where I grew up. |

Hardly a blizzard, but utter ineptness when it comes to clearing roads and sidewalks to make them safe will result in an enormous uptick in accidents and injuries. |

A blizzard actually requires sustained winds of 35mph. Wind is only sitting around 12mph now. |

blizzard? good grief, what did you call that snowstorm that dumped 25cm of snow here in seoul a couple of years ago?
well yongsan sent home all non-essential personnel an hour early and are on a 2 hour delay in opening up tomorrow |
