Seoul is under siege from a blizzard, so be careful when going home tonight.

Blizzard up river in Yeuju as well. About time really, without this there would be water shortage for the planting season.

Yahoo weather has it accumulating at less than one inch. If you think that's a blizzard, you obviously didn't grow up where I grew up.

Hardly a blizzard, but utter ineptness when it comes to clearing roads and sidewalks to make them safe will result in an enormous uptick in accidents and injuries.

Great, it will make trekking home on slick marble sidewalks all the more adventurous.

A blizzard actually requires sustained winds of 35mph. Wind is only sitting around 12mph now.

When the snow is over your knees, and the temp is below 0, then you can call it a blizzard.

I'm in Seoul, where is the blizzard? It snowed lightly for a few hours not much accumulation. I'm confused...
